Do we truly know what it means to be playful?
I call BS on all of the things that we are just supposed to just automatically know when we become parents.
It makes us feel bad about ourselves – especially when other people talk about how they played barbies with their daughter for 4.5hrs and you and I find it hard to get into that place of imagination.
What play means to you will be different to what play means to me, I was raised differently. And that is all it is. We had different experiences with play.
If your childhood did not feel “fun” to you then you have that memory stored in your body. And my love, that is totally ok. I want you to know that YOU have a choice now to make it mean something else. That aligns with you.
Sit and think right now – What does the word “play” mean to you? For some people it may mean being left out or it may be a joyous experience.
Fun does not flow for everyone – but there are was that we can bring fun and play back into our minds and bodies.
Playfulness is just one way to connect with our children and to ourselves.
In this 2 hour workshop I will create a container for you to feel held, heard and supported by Clair and the other beautiful parents drawn into choosing the workshop for themselves.
